Hi! I'm Elizabeth, thanks for visiting! I'm a photographer and lifestyle blogger in Southern California with a passion for natural light photography, documenting families, and inspiring others to enjoy their everyday moments. Most importantly I'm mama to my four little blondies and wife to my love.

This site has become my own little landing spot for not only documenting my photography, but for everything that inspires me in my daily life...including home decor, entertaining, recipes and all things family. I hope you enjoy looking around, and please always feel free to reach out, I love hearing from you!

I'm currently building my lifestyle photography portfolio!

If you are interested in booking a portfolio building session at a discounted rate, please contact me.

About Elizabeth

I believe blue is a neutral...it is the color of the ocean after all. Plus it just happens to be my favorite color!

I met my husband when we shared a cab in San Francisco.

We have 4 kiddos...a boy age 9, and three girls ages 7, 6 and 1. Yep, it's a busy household! And we couldn't imagine it any other way.

After spending most of my life in Northern CA, we moved to SoCal about 3 years ago for my husband's job. I wasn't sure I wanted to move, now I can't imagine living anywhere else.

I have my Dad to thank for my love of photography.

DESCRIBE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE

I am a natural light photographer and love taking a lifestyle approach to photo sessions. There's nothing I love more then to see your interactions with your loved ones. I will provide posing prompts to ensure the most flattering angles, and from there I will encourage loving interaction. Tickles, kisses, hugs and laughs always produce the best images!

TIMELINE FROM BOOKING TO DELIVERY OF IMAGES

Once you book your session, we will discuss your overall vision, location, and attire options. During your shoot I'll encourage natural interaction and we'll get some awesome images! I generally share a 'sneak peek' on social media within a week. Images are then delivered in an online gallery, where you are able to order heirloom quality prints and albums. My goal is to help you take these beautiful images we create together and enjoy them in your home, share with family and treasure for years to come.

WHAT TIME OF DAY DO PHOTO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

Outdoor sessions are best in the couple hours before sunset to catch that gorgeous golden light. I also offer sunrise sessions. In home lifestyle sessions, including newborn, generally take place in the morning. Timing is all based on when we can find the most gorgeous light!

WHEN TO BOOK: MATERNITY

I suggest booking your maternity session so that it occurs between 30-35 weeks. Contact me as early as possible in your pregnancy to ensure we get it in the calendar!

WHEN TO BOOK: NEWBORN

I recommend booking your newborn session around 20 weeks of pregnancy. Your session will take place within 2 weeks of birth to capture that beautiful sweet sleepy newborn goodness. I ask that you let me know when your baby has arrived within 3 days of delivery, we will then get the exact date and time in the calendar.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS IF I BOOK BOTH MATERNITY & NEWBORN SESSIONS WITH YOU?

Yes! Please contact me for details. Another wonderful benefit of booking both maternity and newborn sessions with me is that heirloom albums can be created with images from both sessions.

DO YOU OFFER PRINT PRODUCTS?

Yes!! I believe printing your photos is the best way to create family heirlooms that can be treasured for years to come. Too many photos find their permanent homes on a phone or computer. I love to help my clients create beautiful prints and albums...I hope you display them on walls and coffee tables, share them with grandparents, and ENJOY your beautiful photos. There's just something so wonderful about seeing your photos in print and I'm here to help you make that happen!

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?

Image number will vary session to session, but sessions generally produce upwards of 50 images. Quality over quantity. Always.
